First, we can help make education more accessible.
In many places, there are not even any schools for kids to go to.
Therefore, the United Nations should provide money for building schools around countries with child labor problems.
The average cost of building a school is about 200 to 300 dollars per square foot.
Additionally, they should start giving parents of children involved in child labor money for their children to go to school.
Without an education, children around the world will be stuck working in dangerous, unfair occupations because they do not have the skills or tools to land a safer job.
Another solution is instead of having children operate dangerous machines that can kill them, the United Nations should support the purchase or development of machines that can perform the same tasks without being manually operated.
Lastly, everyone can help solve this global issue by boycotting goods produced by child labor.
If nobody buys items from companies that have factories in nations supporting child labor, then they will have to agree to stop child labor in their businesses.
If the United Nations decide to provide this money we can finally take steps to begin eliminating child labor.
